Location: Administrative District Centre – Lying along Sai Gon – Vung Tau Super-Highway, and the area with developing road system in the East of Sai Gon , running across primary economic zones as Thu Thiem Commercial District, Dist 2, Sai Gon Southern City, Dist 7….District 2 is 5,000 ha in area but only 1,000 ha is present residential area with planning reform, another 4,000 ha according to urban planning will become a new, modern city.
